CONCEPT is a professional podiatry patient chair; it has been conceived to best satisfy the professional’s needs. Versatility, elegance, performance and quality are the features that identify “CONCEPT” chair. The chair is equipped with three silent actuators enable the rising-lowering movement and adjust the position of both the back-rest and the seat, through a multifunctional pedal that operates independently on each actuator; moreover, it is possible to select two positions and memorize them. The leg-rests can be opened until 30° and can be extended; the back-rest, which is electrically moved, can reach a horizontal position; the seat reaches a maximum inclination of more than 20°, allowing the operator to select the Trendelenburg position. The arm-rests are independent and follow the movement of the back-rest; anyway, they remain parallel to the seat in all selected positions: by that way, the patient’s comfort is always granted. Its minimum seat height of 48 cm as well as the maximum height reached by legrests grant to the operator the maximum comfort while performing podiatry activities. The chair is equipped with two comfortable removable head-rests, and with a pillow which acts as a lumbar support: this could be placed on the seat when in horizontal position, in order to grant a complete comfort to the patient. The upholstery in bi-elastic Skay, with undeforming foam of variable density, grants comfort, quality and long-lasting hygiene. The original design makes the “CONCEPT” unique and undoubtedly new in the podiatry and professional-aesthetic field.
